Week 4 – Sealed with a Kiss… or Blood?

It’s the final week before the wedding begins, and there’s only one thing left to decide: 
How will Jess and Lucius seal their eternal union?

There are three choices:
1.      With a kiss
2.      With a bite to the throat
3.      With a kiss AND a bite to the throat

This might seem like an easy decision, given that this is a vampire wedding.  Your first instinct might be to have Antanasia and Lucius share one another’s blood at the end of their ceremony. 
However, keep in mind that Jess – just becoming Princess Antanasia – is still an American girl, and one who was only recently kissed for the first time!  Would she be ready to do something as extraordinary, new to her – and intimate – as biting and being bitten before friends and family? 
After all, Lucius, himself, told his future princess, on the day they met, “… biting is very private, very intimate.  You don’t just invite people to watch…”

Given that, would Lucius be comfortable sharing such a personal moment with anyone other than his bride? 
Or would nothing less than sharing blood be powerful enough to seal an eternal commitment between vampire royalty?
